Every ClearBiz plan includes your Xero subscription, access to a library of plain-English guides and video tutorials, and direct support from a qualified accounting professional. Plans start from €79 per month.

How is ClearBiz different from hiring an accountant?

With a traditional accountancy service, you’ll often hand over your bookkeeping and wait for your accountant to prepare and file everything on your behalf.

ClearBiz puts you in control. You manage your own books in Xero, with a qualified accounting professional available to answer questions, provide guidance and help you prepare and file your annual return.

You’ll have the right software, a simple process and professional support—all included in one convenient monthly plan.

Do I need to already have Xero?

No, Xero is included in every ClearBiz plan and gets set up for you as part of onboarding.

Which plan is right for me?

It depends on whether you're a sole trader or a limited company, and how many invoices and bills you handle each month. Sole Trader Starter and Limited Company Starter suit lower-volume businesses, while Sole Trader Busy and the higher Limited Company tier suit businesses with more invoicing activity or turnover.

What's the difference between the two Limited Company plans?

Both include the same support and Xero setup. The €149/month plan is for companies with annual turnover under €100k, and the €199/month plan is for companies with turnover over €100k.

Are the prices shown including VAT?

No, plan prices are shown as +VAT, VAT is added at checkout.

What happens after I sign up?

Your accounting professional gets in touch to set up your Xero account and answer any questions before you get started.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, payments are processed securely through ClearBiz's payment provider.

How do I get in touch if I have a question?

You can reach the ClearBiz by booking a call directly from the site.
